    We are looking for a commercial construction Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager who enjoys working as the principal point of contact with the design team and the owner .

    This is your opportunity to work with an established leadership team and an engaged client base on exciting, high-profile projects and an excellent promotional opportunity for a top performer to carve out a long and successful career with a market leader.

    We are looking for a technology progressive problem solver with demonstrated professional communication skills who enjoys working with their team as well as architects, owners, engineers and subcontractors.


    Responsibilities Include:


    Life cycle responsibility for estimateLead a team on projects using various delivery methodsUnderstand alignment with preconstruction servicesMaintain and emphasize subcontractor relationships- 20 years experience as an estimator or pm-estimatorIf you are a team player ready for the next step, come join an organization changing the way the industry builds.

    A degree is required. As leaders of change in the construction industry, salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
