    This position is responsible for establishing and supporting the Safety , training program and Training Coordinators to ensure all training needs are met.

    Ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality and quality standards are addressed.

    To assist the Manager, Bakery-Production with implementing and maintaining a variety of health, safety and environmental programs to obtain the highest possible degree of safety for employees.

    ResponsibilitiesAssists with the development of work instructions and standardized work methodsLearns and demonstrates full competency in performing the job functions of the various positions assigned.

    Deliver a high-quality & effective associate training & orientation experiencePartner with people managers to coordinate training schedulesPartner with people managers to coordinate New Hire Orientation activities throughout the onboarding experienceEnsure all training materials and tools are up to date, and ready for useTrack associate skills development, training attendance, and program outcomesMonitor associate application of training to job performance and discuss gaps and solutions with people managersEnsure training is complete for all employees, new hires, and temporary workers.

    Establishes and maintains effective working relationshipsTracking, analyzing and reporting safety performance resultsPrepares facility monthly safety report to CorporateMaintain the required hygiene, safety and quality standards on the production floorMonitor and maintain all classifications to make sure the bakery is compliant with all local, state and federal agencies.

    Perform other duties as assigned by manager or other senior leaders in the ASPIRE BAKERIES organization.


    Qualifications:
    A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated successful team problem solving, conflict resolution and planning skillsTo be able to communicate, coach, and train employees to optimize production.

    Poses the ability to make critical decisions, coach and expedite solutions when situations arise.

    Aspiration for knowledge and willingness to acquire new skillsCapable of accurate and timely document keepingHourly Rate:
    $ $35.

    The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry.

    Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
