Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple departments to develop comprehensive training programs.
- Facilitate onboarding training for new employees and monitor their progress.
- Manage course enrollment and maintain accurate course rosters.
- Coordinate classroom bookings and ensure proper setup.
- Ensure the availability and accessibility of training technology for trainers and trainees.
- Serve as the point of contact for trainers, class participants, and vendors, providing necessary support.
- Organize travel arrangements for trainers and trainees, including thirdparty sites if necessary.
- Arrange onthejob sessions for new hires to ensure familiarity with procedures and processes.
- Conduct surveys and collect data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Escalate training program issues to relevant leaders for resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Track employee progress and success metrics.
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records (physical and electronic).
- Collect and distribute required documentation to third parties and the leadership team.
- Record student attendance in the company database and generate attendance reports.
- Monitor employee certifications and renewal dates, facilitating communication between employees and managers.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong time management skills to address multiple issues simultaneously.
- Emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with others.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, HR Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field.
- Proven ability to disseminate knowledge, good practices, and lessons learned.
- Experience in conflict resolution and successful implementation of strategies to address conflicts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in understandable business terms.
