Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Operations team, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new and improved manufacturing equipment and processes for medical devices

About the Role:
Design and develop new and improved manufacturing equipment using CAD software and other engineering tools.
Support the implementation of new equipment into the manufacturing process.

Execute, document, and support the line validation/qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, MSA, and generation of work instructions and control plans.

Research, analyze, and present opportunities for improvement to manufacturing processes.

Participate in Design for Assembly (DFA) / Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities to verify manufacturability of Product DesignsMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a Manufacturing/Production Engineer, preferably in Medical Devices with a bachelor's degree

OR 3+ years' experience with a Master's degreeLean manufacturing experience with knowledge of lean manufacturing methods and procedures.

Knowledge of DFM/DFAStrong knowledge of CAD software, electromechanical design, and other engineering toolsExperience with Manufacturing Quality and Product DevelopmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with automation and roboticsExperience with regulatory compliance, specifically ISO13485
