    We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team If you are a detail oriented accountant looking for a fun and exciting workplace, look no further. This isn't just another boring corporate job

    Duties include:

    Daily Tasks:
     Send daily incoming wires to sales department.
     Download bank transactions directly into QB.
     Download credit card transactions directly into QB.
     Properly record all invoices and Accounts Payable. (Including entering invoice number
    into transaction and properly attaching scanned file as support for the transaction).
     Properly coding transactions to specific stock numbers.
     Properly coding incoming payments correctly to customer and stock number.
     Record and maintain detailed inventory spreadsheet and sales track.


    Monthly
     Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
     Keep track and properly code fixed assets and leasehold improvements.
     Reconcile Income statement and balance sheet on a monthly basis.
     Reconcile inventory spreadsheet vs recorded on books. Record all new incoming
    inventory and stock numbers once they are entered into the system upon arrival.
     Submit rent checks for deposit.
     Reconcile recorded costs per stock number.


    Other Tasks
     Prepare payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
     Prepare and E-file Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns.
     Manage 401k and make bi-weekly payroll contributions.

    Qualifications:
     Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
     Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions.
     Proficient in QuickBooks Payroll-Including Quarterly Tax Returns (941).
     Experience in Microsoft Excel.
     5-7 years' experience as an accountant.
