- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Serve as liaison between Finance and other business units for all day-to-day operational issues.
- Verify and analyze business records, transactions, and procedures.
- Substantiate financial transactions by reconciling and auditing documents.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports/analysis as needed by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information and trends.
- Review sales tax system for compliance.
- Prepare schedules for monthly reviews and participate in year-end audit coordination.
- Maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparation, and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Multi-subsidiary accounting experience preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred (or other large to mid-size ERP system experience)
