    We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to assist us in managing conflicts of interest and upholding ethical standards within our legal practice.

    What will your day look like?

    Conflict Management:
    Conduct comprehensive conflict checks to identify potential conflicts of interest among clients, parties, and matters.
    Analyze conflict reports and assess the nature and severity of conflicts to determine appropriate resolution strategies.

    Ethical Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with ethical rules and regulations governing conflicts of interest within the legal profession.
    Provide guidance and support to attorneys and staff on conflict-related matters and ethical obligations.

    Database Management:
    Maintain and update conflict databases and records to accurately reflect conflict-related information and resolutions.
    Implement and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard the integrity of conflict data and ensure data accuracy.

    Training and Education:


    Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate attorneys and staff on conflict management best practices and ethical standards.

    Serve as a resource for colleagues seeking guidance on conflict-related issues and ethical dilemmas.

    Who are you?

    Experience:
    Proven experience in conflict management or related roles within a law firm or legal environment.

    Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to analyzing conflict data and identifying potential issues.

    Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

    Ethical Awareness:
    Sound understanding of ethical rules and regulations governing conflicts of interest in the legal profession.

    Team Player:
    Collaborative and supportive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
