- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft and RTI.
- Ability and willingness to perform work within defined specifications and timelines and to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability and willingness to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders (parents, community organizations, staff members, etc.)
- Experience working with school budgets, payroll, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Perform, assign, coordinate, anticipate and initiate all office procedures which are considerably complex and responsible.
- Establish, maintain and revise extensive files; perform research and retrieve information, demonstrates appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analyze, recommend or make independent decisions affecting clerical procedures.
- Supervises a large secretarial staff.
- Performs all related duties as required.
- Indoors in busy office, working in close proximity to co-worker(s).
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Requires considerable concentration and creativity.
- Subject to stress caused by a changing environment, diversity in the organization, tight deadlines and work load.

Qualifications
Essential Job Functions
1. Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork, answering phones, prepare correspondence, etc.
Physical Demand:
This position is primarily sedentary in nature. Employee will be required to operate computer system for data entry, and have the ability to complete necessary paperwork. This position requires minimum physical effort and not subjected to Occupational Health and Safety risks.
