    Description
    Store Dollar Tree

    Join Our Team as a District Manager at Dollar Tree:

    • Analyzing district sales results and trends to achieve sales increases and maximize sales
    • Ensuring optimal inventory mix and merchandise presentation for superior sales results in each store
    • Recruiting, training, and developing associates
    • Managing payroll hours, cash control, conducting store audits, and monitoring inventory shrinkage
    • Overseeing all aspects of inventory shrinkage across the district
    • Maintaining excellent customer service standards within the district through interactions with associates and customers
    • Providing training and mentorship to hourly and management associates in the assigned district

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in Multi-unit Retail Management, specifically in hardlines and variety merchandise
    • Strong merchandising and recruitment skills
    • Proven leadership capabilities
    • Previous supervisory experience
    • Excellent communication skills
