Description

We are looking for you to join our Dual Study Program for a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG, located in Bremen, Hamburg, Osnabrück, and Kiel.

Your theory phases will be completed at a university of your choice in Northern Germany, such as HAWK Hildesheim, Hochschule Hannover, TH Lübeck, after consultation.

The duration of the program is typically 6 to 7 semesters, depending on the university. During breaks, you will work with us at the company.

What to expect:

Theory Phase Content:

Engineering fundamentals (e.g. mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, technical mechanics, and computer science)
Basics of business administration and technical management
Optional key qualifications such as interdisciplinary thinking, project management, and presentation skills

Practical Phase Content:

Comprehensive insight into the essential areas of railway operations and related infrastructure
Participation in exciting projects, such as the maintenance and development of infrastructure
Getting to know internal and external stakeholders and managing their different interests
Participation in onsite meetings (e.g. track inspections and discussions)

Your profile:

You have successfully completed (technical) high school or have a relevant professional qualification (professionally qualified individuals must meet the specific requirements of the respective university)
Math and physics are among your favorite subjects, and you also have a knack for computer science
Technical connections and railway operations fascinate you
