Your job profile:

You will be responsible for various tasks in payroll and salary administration for a defined area of responsibility, while adhering to legal, collective bargaining, tax, social security and company regulations.
You will independently carry out payroll processing for different working hours, working time models and remuneration methods. This includes, for example, calculating allowances and supplements, as well as checking and correctly processing compensation payments, subsidies, benefits in kind, garnishments or severance payments.
You will record various tasks from time management for a defined area of responsibility, taking into account legal, collective bargaining and company regulations, process error logs from time management and make necessary adjustments.
You will also be responsible for checking error logs of time administrators (m/f/d) from the specialist departments.
You will advise and support managers and employees on payroll and time management issues.
