- Identify prospects, build relationships, and close new business opportunities
- Profile investment strategies in alignment with the firm's values
- Represent the firm professionally in the institutional marketplace
- Strengthen relationships with investment consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage resources effectively
- Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and compliant
- Assist with client-related matters as needed
- Undergraduate degree; MBA or finance graduate degree is a plus
- CFA designation is strongly preferred
- Series 3 license required
- 5-10 years of institutional business development experience
- Experience in Defined Contribution market and/or hedge fund investors preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with quantitative equity investing is advantageous
