    Description

    LUKE BAILEY is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing passion and drive to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are on the lookout for a new team member to assist in catering to our existing base of 2,000 clients while also expanding our reach to attract new leads. This role involves not only handling client services but also leading a small team through the same process.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Provide daily reports of field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily

    This exciting opportunity offers a weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average. Alongside the financial rewards, you will have the chance to hone your skills, eventually stepping into the role of Agency Director as you become well-versed in our processes and systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment
    • Passionate about helping people and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
