Our client is an online shop that ensures the identity of the buyer before shipping the goods.

In the past, this was done through the Postident procedure - the buyer had to go to the post office, show their ID, and the post employee confirmed the match.


Today, this process is done electronically: The user downloads an app and can start a video call with the company - and this is where you (m/f/d) come in: You verify on behalf of the company if the person on the other end of the line matches their ID (which they also show to you on camera). As an additional security measure, you have a small questionnaire that you go through with the user.


Once you are convinced that the user and their ID match, you enter this information into the company's database and the ordered goods are shipped.

As you can see, it is a relatively simple - yet responsible - task. Our client offers this position in part-time and full-time, and it is also suitable for students. Previous experience is not necessary; a keen eye and good communication skills are all that is required.
