Scientific Employee (m/f/d) - Education Development Plan/Education Monitoring:
**(Salary group 13 TVöD; minimum 50,249;
- € to 73,074;
- € per year, depending on relevant professional experience)

to be filled at the Office for Children, Youth, Schools and Integration of the City of Mülheim an der Ruhr in a permanent full-time position (39 hours per week).


The legal task of school development planning is to be expanded within the framework of the federal program "Education Communities" in the sense of data-based municipal education management and linked with the adjacent areas of responsibility such as youth welfare planning, social planning, and neighborhood development.

In addition, an education portal is to be developed that makes local educational offerings transparent and accessible.

  • Conceptualization, continuous development and implementation of a differentiated monitoring system and reporting system (education monitoring, education report)
  • Analysis
of cause-and-effect relationships, indicators and key figures including the derivation of control goals
