05:30 Prepare breakfast buffet, make coffee, make final preparations for breakfast

06:30 Greet the first guests and provide service throughout the entire breakfast time

07:30 Continue to take care of guests, fulfill their wishes, give excursion tips, and answer questions

10:30 Clear breakfast buffet, set tables, prepare room for the next day

12:00 Switch to Restaurant Anne-Sophie and assist with lunch service
