- Help create social media marketing for agency.
- Develop new business leads using a variety of marketing strategies (referrals, prospecting database, community events).
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Monitor the agency marketing strategies to determine what is working & what is not. Provide reports to agent on weekly & monthly basis.
- Work directly with customers (new & existing) to market products using a customer focused, needs-based process. Products include auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance & more.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on coverages, important exclusions and other policy details.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with people in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Ability to be highly organized, yet flexible in dealing with shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and evolving procedures.
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in sales preferred
- Must be able to provide examples of prior social media marketing campaigns.
- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- $ $40,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
