Who we are

For almost 40 years, Martina Gebhardt has been producing and distributing high-quality natural cosmetics. Since 2014, the company has been located in the traditional Kloster Wessobrunn, where the local artesian water sources are directly incorporated into the cosmetics. In the Demeter-certified monastery garden, medicinal plants thrive and are processed into natural cosmetics products with love and passion in our in-house factory.
In the finance department, we are currently working hard to restructure and further develop the area - that's why we are looking for you.

Who you are

You have some experience in accounting, controlling, treasury, and ideally also in IT finance.
You want to actively shape and develop the finance department in a dynamic team.
You are open to new challenges and enjoy thinking outside the box.

Your responsibilities

Supporting internal financial processes (invoice approval process, dunning, payments)
Performing preparatory accounting for the external financial accountant
Assisting in operational controlling to support planning, control, and monitoring in terms of financial planning
Participating in the development of a reporting system
