We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

This individual will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our comprehensive suite of products and services.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and propose solutions that best meet their requirements. - Manage and oversee the account details of various clients, ensuring all aspects of their services run smoothly. - Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to specification. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to advise clients on potential upgrades or changes. - Achieve sales targets and expand client base through effective account management and client referrals.


Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or security field. - Strong understanding of key fob access systems, telephone systems, security cameras, and IT infrastructure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $40,000
• $55,000, commensurate with experience.
• Partial Medical insurance supplementation.
• Flexible hybrid work arrangement to blend in-office and remote work, when eligible.

Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
