    Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including:

    Position Overview:
    The Salesforce Project Manager will be pivotal in optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our rapid growth and evolving business needs. This role involves direct collaboration with various stakeholders to understand their objectives, managing projects with precision, and leading our offshore Salesforce team to execute solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and data insights.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Sit with various stakeholders to understand their goals, needs, and requirements.
    • Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring clear communication on deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
    • Lead and mentor two offshore team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies for Salesforce customization, streamlining workflows and improving data management practices.
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technology trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
    • Ensure the Salesforce platform meets compliance and security standards relevant to the investment management industry.
    Qualities:
    • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
    • Commitment to staying informed about industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices in technology management.
    Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce expert in an enterprise environment, with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce technologies including reports, lightning components, and other advanced features.
