    Customer Service Representative i

    n St. Louis, MO We are seeking customer-focused candidates who have excellent communication and technical skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity at DH Pace Company We offer opportunities for advancement and promotions


    Position Overview:
    Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately using a pleasant, professional demeanor.
    Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule appropriate service.
    Perform a wide variety administrative and office support activities for the department/division by utilizing various software platforms.
    Data entry to include creating, reviewing, and comparing job ticket information.
    Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    One (1) year of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred

    Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong attention to detail and extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.

    Eager to train motivated individuals
    Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, retail, administrative assistant, or billing offers great transferable skills for this position
