- Competitive Pay ranges from $20 - $25/hour plus commissions and bonuses
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Utilize product knowledge and understanding of electrical trade practices to assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and troubleshooting.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer interactions and the resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, communication history, and order details.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements relevant to the electrical trade.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the electrical trade industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in customer service software and systems, with experience using CRM platforms, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
