POSITION:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Acts as liaison between the company and its' customers to retain business and resolve problems in a high call volume and fast-paced environment Bi-lingual a big plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls into customer service to determine the action that should be taken with each call.
- Speak with professionalism and friendliness to our customers.
- Assist customers with web ordering and navigation.
- Must remain knowledgeable of our products and be able to make suggestions and recommendations.
- Follow up with customers needing a resolution.
- Effectively communicate with your coworkers, managers, and other departments to accurately resolve customer needs and issues in a timely manner.
- Work on department initiatives and projects as necessary.
Knowledge of the following programs are necessary to complete your job functions:
- Microsoft Outlook
