- Develop and execute short and long-term goals for the Information Services Division.
- Manage special IT projects and studies.
- Ensure seamless integration across networks, telephony, systems, security, and operations.
- Lead collaboration with IT business and security functions for end-to-end compatibility.
- Implement hardware system portfolio and lifecycle management programs.
- Supervise IS Directors and support staff activities.
- Prepare budgets and manage divisional financials.
- Provide technical support to users and coordinate technology implementations for campus-wide projects.
- Develop IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and tenant service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance systems.
- Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, public administration, or related field.
- Preferred: Master of Science degree.
- Experience:
- Required: 8 years of experience in a complex IT environment.
- Preferred: 5 years of managerial experience; experience in a high-volume operational environment is a plus.
- Licenses or Certifications:
- Required: Valid NC Driver's License.
- Knowledge of:
- IS applications and system technologies.
- Airport IT best practices.
- Project management principles.
- Modern office procedures and computer equipment.
- Skilled in:
- Critical thinking and analysis.
- Organization and time management.
- Interpersonal skills for effective relationships.
