    Description

    Executive Director

    SUMMARY of Duties

    • The Executive Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property in compliance with standards and regulations.
    • Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff following company policies.
    • Ensure budgeted occupancy and compliance while representing the property within the community.
    • Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.

    In this role, you have the chance to contribute to the community's growth and access opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years managing senior living, retirement, or skilled nursing facilities.
    • Proven track record in growing community census and maintaining high occupancy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage diverse personalities with professionalism and calmness.
    • Desire for change and learning new things.
    • State-required certification or license where applicable.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
