    Description

    An experienced Data Analyst is sought to develop and implement data solutions that will drive business impact. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in all aspects of data analytics, including data discovery, definition alignment, mapping, and data generation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product and business leaders, to align on common KPI data definitions.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (architecture, data engineering, visualization development, and other analysts) to implement data assets supporting major initiatives.
    • Analyze data across the enterprise to answer key questions for business stakeholders.
    • Investigate and communicate data integrity issues impacting business performance.
    • Develop and maintain data assets within a cloud-computing environment by analyzing internal and external data sources, making newly created datasets available.
    • Gather data requirements directly from product and users.
    • Support team members within an Agile environment to ensure committed deliverables are met.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
    • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and data visualization.
    • Expert SQL skills with the ability to build complex, high-performing data views.
    • 3+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather functional data and visualization requirements.
    • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or related analytical fields.
    • 2+ years of data analyst experience within a cloud-computing data environment (e.g., Snowflake or AWS).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PowerBI dashboard development experience.
    • Experience with back-end Salesforce data.
    • Strong Python programming experience.
    • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
