- Profound technical expertise in end-to-end analytics, including building pipelines, data modeling, generating insights, and familiarity with common data science techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Knowledge of basic data science methods, such as regression, classification, tree-based, and time series methods.
- Strong business intuition and curiosity regarding GTM operations.
- Proven success in driving prioritization across multiple partners and influencing up-level requirements to have a strategic impact.
- Ability to independently complete projects, including the development of self-service dashboards, data reports, and ad hoc analytics capabilities.
- Proven project management skills, including implementing, documenting, and communicating optimally with collaborators and partners during requirement gathering, data modeling, and visualization.
- Ability to distill sophisticated findings into practical and detailed insights, with strong storytelling skills.
- High familiarity with data platforms and applications like Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, FiveTran, DBT.

Your opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team and play a vital role in uncovering valuable insights about our customers and user engagement across our product portfolio. Your main focus will be delivering actionable intelligence to our GTM and Product leadership, improving our sales organization's analytical capabilities, and harnessing the vast amount of business, user, and customer data generated by New Relic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will define and test hypotheses, and deliver practical insights through data visualizations. Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 95,000 - $ 119,000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
