- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top legal and administrative talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers for local team and international contractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and legal associations to source potential candidates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Develop and execute employee recognition and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
- Conduct regular HR audits to assess and mitigate risks.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the HR department.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role for a minimum of 7 years, preferably within the legal industry.
