We are a team of highly motivated HR professionals with a focus on the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, and Munich, and a cool office in Leipzig that covers all internal tasks.

Responsibilities
To support our growing team, we are currently looking for a:

(Junior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time
What will be your tasks?

Independent management of a personnel area
Determination of personnel requirements and recruitment of new employees in your area of responsibility
Conducting job interviews and contract negotiations, as well as employee discussions
Advising our employees, specialists, and managers on all personnel and labor law issues
Participation in HR projects and optimization of all personnel processes
Preparation of payroll

Qualifications
What sets you apart?

Completed (university) degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
First relevant work experience, possibly through internships or working student positions
Knowledge of personnel topics
Negotiation skills in English
Strong communication and consulting skills
High level of social competence and confident appearance
