The DB InfraGO AG is the non-profit infrastructure company of Deutsche Bahn. We are currently looking for a DB Information employee (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Munich, initially for a period of 2 years.
Your tasks:
  • Your main task is to assist our customers at the stationary DB Information desk
  • You inform our customers about disruptions, platform changes, train cancellations, or missed connections
  • You also issue delay confirmations
  • You check the notices in the train station for accuracy and appearance
  • You receive and handle lost and found items according to company guidelines
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a vocational training in the transportation industry, such as a merchant for transportation services
  • You ideally have some experience in dealing with customers
  • You have strong communication and advisory skills
  • You are always professional
