Grow with us - start your career at IUJoin our B2C sales team full-time (40 hours/week) at our study locations in Kassel, Braunschweig, or Magdeburg.
What to expect
You will provide sales-oriented advice to our prospective students primarily over the phone or in person, and convince them to study at our university.
You will actively approach our prospective students (only warm leads) and guide them to sign a study contract.You will be the first point of contact and the face of the university for prospective students at the Kassel, Braunschweig, or Magdeburg campus, and represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days on site.
You will work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other department teams.What you bring
You enjoy selling study and further education programs and ideally have some experience in B2C sales.
You have a commercial education or a degree, preferably in areas such as human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.
You are sociable, communicative, and passionate about a primarily telephone-based job.You enjoy working in a goal-oriented, structured manner and have a good understanding of numbers, making you enjoy working with KPIs.
You have excellent German skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.What we offer
