As a student worker in Customer Onboarding, you are in the right place if you are passionate about making customers happy with your organizational skills.

Work with us in our Berlin office or flexibly hybrid for 20 hours/week. Start immediately as one of the first members of the team or within the next 3 months.

Your role at Matera:


  • You help our new customers with the individual setup of their Matera platform
  • You are in contact with various departments (accounting, legal, sales) to competently answer all customer questions
  • You play a key role in the development of our product and internal processes by acting as a liaison between our customers and the product and tech team

  • You speak German at a native level and can confidently communicate in English
