Your tasks

Your three-year dual studies starting in autumn 2025 will alternate between a three-month theory phase at DHBW Heilbronn and a practical phase at the Lidl Foundation

The bilingual degree program in trade with a focus on international retail management not only teaches you solid business administration knowledge, but also introduces you to the international trade and business world as well as intercultural management

In your practical phases at Lidl, you will get to know our international purchasing intensively and contribute to the assortment design, from idea to finished product on the shelves of our stores

You will gain insights into conducting supplier talks and negotiations

You will support trend scouting to identify new product innovations
