  • Founders have a strong background in J.P. Morgan, Rocket Internet, VC, PE, Harvard, Wharton, etc.
Tasks


YOUR ROLE

  • Take ownership of M&A, including originating and managing highquality deal flow from start to finish
  • Directly interface with sellers and brokers
  • Manage due diligence processes

Requirements:


YOUR PROFILE

  • 35 years of M&A experience in demanding environments such as private equity, serial acquirers, rollups, etc. with a focus on deal execution
  • Experience with software serial acquirers like Constellation (e.g. TSS, Volaris), Visma, Valsoft, Banyan, Vitec, Asseco, etc. is a strong plus
  • Focus on DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is preferred
  • Passion for private equity and M&A
  • Strong analytical, research, and business
