- What will you do?
- Facilitate project deliverables e.g. creation of relevant project and program planning documentation associated with meeting stated business requirements
- Preparation of budgets, regular status reports and presentations, requirements assessments, issue tracking/resolution and documentation
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients
- Facilitate planning, executing, controlling and closing phases of the program under the supervision of senior team members.
- Participates in planning and development sessions (strategic, tactical plans, budgeting)
- Provide analysis to monitor workstream milestone reports so that any impacts to schedule can be escalated as needed
- Assist senior team members in monitoring and tracking action items and decisions for each workstream/project
- Development, management and on-going maintenance of IT Project Schedules
- Participate in weekly risk assessment of the project schedule highlighting high risks to key deliverables and resource conflicts
- Participate in scenario analysis on schedule to recover any slippages identified
- Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
- Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
- Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
- Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.
- Key contributor to the success and implementation of projects for US Capital Markets' businesses and functions
- Uses appropriate discretion/judgement when handling confidential/sensitive information
- Document project constraints and assumptions
- Define tasks & validate estimates
- Maintaining a project schedule
- Assist with resource assignments and ongoing monitoring of the schedule
- Analyze and monitor milestone reports so that any issues can be escalated as needed
- Provide weekly reporting on the project schedule, perform weekly risk assessment on the project schedule identifying potential risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Senior PMs of in-flight projects within Capital Markets
- Global Transformation Group, UK/HK Business Transformation Groups
- Business Managers for FIC, GAT, GE, GELP
- Functional teams (Ops, Finance, Compliance, Risk, IT)

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.

Job Summary
What is the Opportunity?Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
• Individual will work within the Business and Global Transformation Groups on cross functional projects and business analysis for US Capital Markets
• Individual will work closely with senior project managers and other team members in carrying out project lifecycle activities and governance in support of cross-functional initiatives
• Individual will be responsible to perform the following tasks:
o Identify needed changes and initiatives
o Document the rationale for the changes and initiatives
o Lead the implementation of the changes
o Measure and monitor the changes and initiatives
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and variance analysis/reporting of a project plan
• Assist and provide support senior project managers with the creation and development of detailed project management schedules to implement a successful
