    Job Description

    Position Specifics: The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing overall financial performance and business-related activities for Estimating, Contracts, and Accounting.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • US Citizenship is required
    • Generates, updates, maintains, analyzes, and submits C/SSR & CSFR & WIP reports.
    • Compiles data for budgets, actual expenditures, EACs, physical/scheduled percent, unsettled and settled mods utilizing applicable company software and or input provided by Program Managers and Contract Administrators. Compiles and analyzes this data and update Contract Administrator and Program Manager of any variance and funding issues.
    • Communicates with the Contract Administrator to de-obligate or request additional funding as required throughout the contract.
    • Monitors open commitments and provide updates to Purchasing and Contracts for resolution, as necessary.
    • Assists Estimating Department on an as needed basis.
    • Coordinates Program metrics and contract performance reviews including EVM data.
    • Manages analysis process required to support Program performance
    • Analyzes performance to plan ongoing development of financial forecasts
    • Coordinates development of program metrics and performance analysis
    • Coordinates and support Business Management and Program teams in proposal/REA preparation, evaluation, cost and pricing, financial analysis, and negotiations
    • Maintains performance of contract and recommends appropriate strategies to ensure program profitability.

    Salary Range: $22 - $27/hour
