Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to join their team. In this critical role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals across purchasing, logistics, customer service, and the distribution center. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain, ensuring on-time deliveries, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Oversee inventory levels across all distribution centers, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
Lead the creation of purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing with carriers.
Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries promptly, managing deliveries effectively, and supporting the sales team.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement best practices to optimize operations.
Maintain clear communication with factory vendors, headquarters personnel, and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
Proven success in optimizing inventory levels, managing logistics, and exceeding customer service goals.
Experience with LTL and ocean freight, and negotiation skills are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
