Description
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for IT service management in the first/second level area for cloud service delivery
- Ensuring the quality of ITSM processes; participation in the implementation of new topics and processes
- Monitoring contract and SLA responsibilities
- Precise completion and maintenance of documentation for cloud topics
- Collaboration with members of the global IT infrastructure and our service providers to ensure contract compliance and optimal service delivery
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education (e.g. IT specialist with several years of practical experience)
- Professional experience in service delivery; experience in IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL; knowledge of the cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure) desirable; familiarity with business workflow processes
- Very good German skills (B2) and good English skills (B1)
