Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for IT service management in the first/second level area for cloud service delivery
  • Ensuring the quality of ITSM processes; participation in the implementation of new topics and processes
  • Monitoring contract and SLA responsibilities
  • Precise completion and maintenance of documentation for cloud topics
  • Collaboration with members of the global IT infrastructure and our service providers to ensure contract compliance and optimal service delivery

Your profile

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education (e.g. IT specialist with several years of practical experience)
  • Professional experience in service delivery; experience in IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL; knowledge of the cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure) desirable; familiarity with business workflow processes
  • Very good German skills (B2) and good English skills (B1)
  • Working style and personality
  • Independent and solution
