IN AMBULANT EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE - FULL-TIME (38.5 HOURS PER WEEK) - Here you will contribute:

In ambulant educational assistance, we support families, children, and young people in difficult life situations and help them cope with their daily lives, developmental problems, and conflicts and crises.

You will take responsibility for the professional and personnel management of several teams in ambulant educational assistance and their operational control.

Ensuring the implementation of the support planning, preparation and participation in support plan meetings, moderating team meetings and specialist consultations in child protection are the focus of your work.

Conducting employee annual meetings, creating a positive working atmosphere, and promoting cooperative teamwork are important foundations for successful collaboration. You regularly cooperate with the responsible youth welfare offices and external partners and participate in public relations and networking.
