Service Manager -Commercial & Guarding

Description:

As a Service Manager at SafeTouch Security, you'll oversee service calls for existing surveillance and access control security systems and the guard monitoring services for comprehensive virtual security guard systems.


Duties and
Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing open service orders.
  • Reviewing completed tickets prior to billing.
  • Addressing customer concerns.
  • Managing complicated service issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Completing site visits.
  • Spotting QA completed service requests.
  • Performing service calls.
  • Establishing standard truck stock levels.
  • Following inventory procedures to reduce shrinkage while ensuring techs are best prepared for one call close.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Manages a team of direct reports.

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Experience overseeing all aspects of onsite work to install, upgrade, or service electronic security systems.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and passage of a national background screening

Education and Experience:


  • 3+ years managing a team of installation or service security field technicians.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
