Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and manage all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Create and maintain employee documents such as contracts, certifications, and reference letters
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR departments
  • Manage employee data in the SAP HR system from entry to exit
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process and provide orientation for new employees on their first day
  • Prepare legally compliant documents for works council
  • Collaborate on HR projects and perform Key User tasks
  • Support change management initiatives and assist with implementing standardized HR services across Europe

Requirements:


  • Education or experience in HR field
  • Familiarity with HR administrative tasks
  • Previous experience with recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HCM (PA, PB, PT, Efile)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as willingness to collaborate with a team.
