As part of our direct placement services, we are looking for a Job Coach (m/f/d) for our nationally operating client.

Your new responsibilities:

Initial consultation
Individualized potential analysis
Application management and use of the Federal Employment Agency's job portal
Creation of an individual applicant profile, including behavior, selfmarketing strategies, motivation and activation, and improvement of the individual applicant situation
Preparation for job interviews / specific job interviews
Change of perspective / support in decisionmaking

Your profile:

Knowledge of Arabic or Ukrainian is desirable
A professional or academic degree
Completed master's examination or training qualification examination (AdA) is desirable
Desired: Training or degree in systemic coaching
Good computer skills (MS Office, internet research, Federal Employment Agency's job portal) and willingness to document
A convincing appearance, service mentality, and skillful communication and motivating methodology
Empathy and the ability to adapt to different people
Professional experience with individuals with a migration background / job seekers and longterm unemployed individuals
Good knowledge of regional and national training and job markets
