For our client, a service provider for customer support at the airport, we are currently looking for students to work at the check-in counter and boarding area.

Take on responsibility early on and gain valuable experience in customer interaction while still studying


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be the point of contact for passengers, from checkin to boarding
  • You will be responsible for checking travel documents
  • You will coordinate the boarding of passengers

Your profile:


  • You are fluent in German and can communicate in English
  • You are reliable and detailoriented
  • You are open in your interactions with customers
  • You have lived in the EU for the past 5 to 10 years

Key information:


  • Duration: from April to September 2023, with possibility of extension
  • Work days: Monday to Sunday
  • Work hours: Starting at 3:30 am, three to eight hours per shift
  • Work volume: You are available for at least two shifts per week
