The job:


  • Close collaboration with the customer (purchasing, supply chain management, finance) and our sales and logistics teams for effective cooperation
  • Monitoring and coordination of customer article and order data, as well as coordination and support in resolving discrepancies
  • Project management for catalog optimizations and related process strategies
  • Monitoring and approval of order lines in our logistics for delivery planning
- (Accompanying) optimization of operational and logistical processes

  • Creation, interpretation, and review of reports and dashboards
  • Handling of complaints regarding faulty deliveries or price differences, including careful examination and creation of corresponding credit notes
  • Participation in and planning of customer meetings in your area of responsibility


In detail, we are looking for a strong team member to provide cross-functional support for our major customer Amazon, starting immediately.

You should be able to grasp complex relationships, think analytically, and have a strong affinity for data.
