- Assigned portfolio of items, optimize inventory level across multiple distribution centers and achieve customer on time delivery goals.
- Issue purchase orders, work orders to support the distribution plans, meeting customers requirements. Working directly with assigned suppliers to obtain delivery and availability information.
- Review site-level demands forecasts by utilizing SKU and analytics to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Maintain accurate system data, such as billing of materials, purchase cost, lead times, etc.
- Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and coordinate disposition of non-conforming material.
- 3 years experience in material planning, procurement, or demand planning.
- 3 years experience in computerized ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- 3 years experience in distribution environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Associate degree in business or supply chain or equivalent experience.
- Having extensive knowledge of material planning and inventory management.
- Demonstrating attention to detail, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, easily adapt to changing situations, and work well under pressure.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work and collaborate with teams in other various disciplines.

Job Summary:
