    About the role
    Mamoon Hamid, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, recently said that "Rippling's growth is in the 1% of the 1%.

    At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world." As part of the growth team, you'll be at the tip of the spear of revenue generation.

    Growth managers at Rippling own a business target related to customer acquisition, cross-sell, or adoption, and develop and execute plans to hit them.

    Our team is constantly launching experiments, across our go-to-market motion - for example, new marketing channels, different sales processes, or better messaging.

    In this role, you'll drive product adoption for Rippling IT and Rippling Spend, two of our core business units. You'll develop and execute the strategy to drive up user adoption and combat churn. You'll work highly cross-functionally with teams across the business to drive forward your initiatives.

    This is a hybrid role based in our SF office.
    What you will do
    Analyze customer behavior across the funnel and identify opportunities to increase product usage. You'll write your own SQL queries and pivot data.
    Launch experiments across email, in-product ads to improve adoption, track and analyze performance, and continually based on your learnings.
    Run highly cross-functional projects across CX, content, data science, engineering, marketing ops, and product marketing.
    Create collateral to educate users, including videos, articles, and webinars.

    Scout opportunities to improve flows in Rippling IT and Rippling Spend apps to improve onboarding and retention, and work with the product team to stand them up.

    What you will need

    4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role like consulting, product, investment banking, or bizops.
    Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy. You'll need to translate both quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
    Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. You'll drive initiatives that span marketing, sales, data science, engineering, product, brand, and marketing ops.
    Excellent writing. You'll write clear and persuasive emails, ads, training articles, and decks.
    Structured problem-solving. You break down problems into their component parts and identify the most important levers.
    Flexibility and speed in the face of new challenges. When faced with a new problem, you ramp quickly, build a plan, and start executing. You ship quickly to learn quickly.
    User obsession and product intuition. You'll need to deeply understand Rippling IT and Rippling Spend users to find opportunities to improve their experience.
