    Project Manager:

    We're seeking a skilled Project Manager I to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining client relationships. You'll also be responsible for ensuring project safety and risk management processes.

    **Responsibilities**

    As a Project Manager I, you'll be responsible for:

    Coordinating project transition and start-up processes
    * Managing cost and schedule
    * Managing cash flow
    * Overseeing direct reports
    * Maintaining client relationships
    * Generating and submitting technical records
    * Supporting construction activities
    * Managing project safety and risk management processes
    * Participating in training and certifications

    **Requirements**

    To be considered for this role, you'll need:

    A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    * 4 years of experience in construction or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
