    Description
    Contracts Administrator

    The

    Contracts Administrator

    position is responsible for reviewing all company contracts and balancing all projects until completion.

    Job Responsibilities

    Read and review/revise/mark-up all contracts for the company according to company standards

    Collaborate with Project Managers for project updates (contract and change order updates)

    Set up new projects and customers in the enterprise system

    Electronic filing, release lien waivers, and completing special projects as needed

    Backup for Accounts Receivable and Contract Controller, when necessary.

    Provide administrative support to CFO and accounting department when necessary

    Back up for daily credit card deposits using specialized industry software

    Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge – proficiency in Excel is a plus

    Requirements

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    2-3 years of experience

    Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team

    Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and a positive and helpful demeanor.

    Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.

    Must pass drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens
