Description

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Developing solution proposals for execution planning for repair measures and maintenance for buildings, including cost calculation and economic evaluation
  • Writing performance descriptions
  • Preparing the necessary permits and approvals
  • Preparing and participating in the awarding of construction services, delivery services, experts, appraisers, and engineers according to HOAI
  • Construction supervision, site management, acceptance, monitoring of defect rectification within the warranty period
  • Invoice verification and approval, cost determination, budget management
  • Implementation of a CAFM software
  • Implementation of operator obligations and documentation
  • Preparation and monitoring of maintenance contracts
  • Administration of locking systems
