- Provide design support to Project Architects and Interior Designers.
- Produce BIM models and drawings.
- Preparation of plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, perspectives and renderings.
- Develop and catalog Revit BIM Families.
- Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget
- Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts
- Compile drawings into plan set, organize and manage the Sheet Index throughout all phases of the project
- Participate in design reviews to evaluate design concepts and make corrections to drawings as requested by Project Managers
- Additional years of experience in AutoCAD Revit and BIM 360 is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient in Faro Scene 3D, Trimble RealWorks, Enscape 3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and /or other BIM or graphics software is a plus
